Welcome to the Master Planned Community of Valencia—where miles and miles of beautifully landscaped and romantically lit walking and biking paths connect family homes, community pools, and great parks! Situated in the heart of the Santa Clarita Valley, Valencia is known for its incredible schools, thrilling shops and dining, and a variety of recreational facilities.


Stevenson Ranch

OVERVIEW

Located just west of the 5 Freeway, this bedroom community offers excellent schools, spacious homes, easy freeway access, a beautiful community park, and many homes have beautiful views.

 

Newhall

OVERVIEW

Newhall is an older part of Santa Clarita that is seeing a lot of new growth. Old Town Newhall on Main is a wonderful place to shop and dine. Homes range from smaller condos to multi-million dollar estates. Happy Valley, Placerita Canyon, and Peachland Estates are the nicer areas and offer large lots, many of them equestrian lots. 

Saugus

OVERVIEW

Located in the north end of Santa Clarita, Saugus is primarily a residential community with great schools, fewer HOA’s, great parks. It’s a little farther to the freeway than Valencia and Stevenson Ranch neighborhoods but you tend to get more for your money in Saugus. The average home in Saugus was built in the 1980’s with many of the homes being accompanied by large lots, mature oak trees, and gorgeous valley views.

 

Canyon Country
