Located in the north end of Santa Clarita, Saugus is primarily a residential community with great schools, fewer HOA’s, great parks. It’s a little farther to the freeway than Valencia and Stevenson Ranch neighborhoods but you tend to get more for your money in Saugus. The average home in Saugus was built in the 1980’s with many of the homes being accompanied by large lots, mature oak trees, and gorgeous valley views. With homes of all sizes ranging from condos, townhomes, to single family homes, Saugus has a home for everyone! Shopping and restaurants surround Saugus making it easily accessible for your shopping and dining needs. Saugus is also home to one of the oldest restaurants in Los Angeles county, Saugus Café, established in 1887! In the past years, Newhall Ranch Road was expanded for easy and convenient access to both Soledad and Golden Valley Road making Saugus one of the center spots for Santa Clarita residents. During this expansion, homes ranging from private estates in a gated community to beautiful craftsman style townhomes were created only expanding Saugus’s offering of beautiful properties.
