COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

Beautiful Valencia community located just off the 5 freeway in between Valencia Blvd and McBean Parkway. The Valencia Summit is known for its excellent community facilities and wide range of homes. There are 4 pools in the main area of the Summit and 2 additional pools in the gated townhome community, The Stratford’s. The main pool is next to the clubhouse and is a junior Olympic pool that the HOA keeps heated year-round. It is also home to the wonderful neighborhood swim team, The Valencia Summit Seals. Swimmers enjoy a splash-less pool and large heated spa. My favorite thing about the Summit is that it is a horseshoe shape around a beautiful park and paved walkways that meander throughout the hills. So beautiful! It is also so conveniently located as it has great freeway access as well as is super close to Whole Foods, Vons, Valencia Town Center, and a bunch of other restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. No mello roos and incredibly low HOA!

Half of the Valencia Summit elementary school students go to Valencia Valley Elementary while the other half go to Meadows Elementary, both top-rated elementary schools! The Summit high schoolers and junior highers go to Placerita Junior High and Hart High School- both amazing schools!

Large clubhouse, junior olympic size pool, 3-5 conveniently located satellite pools, 2 sets of tennis courts, tranquil pathways that lead through the canyons to the YMCA park.
