COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

Nestled in the hills of Valencia, Northbridge is a gorgeous master planned community of 18 neighborhoods. It’s situated between the popular Northpark neighborhood to the west and neautiful Bridgeport to the south. Constructed mainly in the 1990s, the community was designed and carefully built with family living in mind and led the way for future developments in the North Valencia area. The entire community is beautful, with mature trees, gorgeous landscaping and paseos throughout; Northbridge is often mistaken for a newer community. Families are drawn to the area because of the California Distinguished Schools, vibrant recreation centers, beautiful clubhouse, glistening pools, lighted paseos and lush landscaping. With shopping centers and restaurants close by homeowners can have the luxury of suburbia with a touch of city life. The homes in Northbridge range in size allowing this community to be a good fit for many! The homes in Northbridge range from large single family homes with gorgeous yards to lovely smaller townhomes with small yards.

The Northbridge community is part of the Saugus Union School District. All of three of these schools are conveniently located within a 2-3 mile radius of each other.

The community of Valencia Northbridge offers so many things to do. It’s centrally located and easily accessible, making it a great place to live. Not only are there a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance, but the HOA amenities of this community are simply breathtaking. From swimming pools to basketball courts, from playgrounds to walking trails lit up at night – you will find all that and even more in this idyllic setting. The “Paseos”, as they are called here, are a spectacular way to get around, as they meander through the neighborhoods and take you wherever you wish: Bridgeport Lake, churches, schools…you name it! Living in Northbridge definitely has its benefits!

The Valencia Northbridge HOA truly is the ideal place to live; not only are the fees incredibly reasonable, the facilities are beautiful. There are a wonderful variety of amenities, including several pools and parks, a clubhouse for social gatherings, and even a basketball court for pick-up games. For those looking for even more physical activity, some people have access to their own convenient tennis courts located nearby as well. All in all, it’s no wonder why so many people love living in this vibrant community. There are two local summer swim teams that call the Northbridge and Northbridge Point pools home. The swim teams compete with each other in the summer and everyone has so much fun!
