Built around a beautiful private golf course, this neighborhood has beautiful views of Santa Clarita as well as the mountains and golf course. The community includes pools, a clubhouse, playgrounds, a gated park, and tennis courts. One of the nicest features of Westridge is that all 3 top rated schools are all close together so kids can all walk to school. Westridge is also extremely freeway close making it a commuter’s dream!

Did you know that the Westridge schools are the only schools in the Santa Clarita Valley that are top rated schools, all within a block of each other? Most of the best schools are a lot more spread out but these are all in very close proximity to each other, making life very convenient!

Valencia Westridge is beginning to feel like a vacation destination! The Clubhouse makes throwing parties a breeze, while various pools and playgrounds make outdoor fun easy and accessible. The community is built around a private golf course, The Oaks, so the element of a golf course community is definitely there!

Westridge Valencia HOA covers the entire development of the Westridge community. Some areas are guard gated, some are gated, and some are open to the public so the HOA amounts vary by tract. There are pools/spas, tennis courts, a gated park, playground, and a clubhouse.
