I remember the first time I visited J David’s.  Our oldest was graduating from high school and it hit me that Trevor really only ever wore shorts.  We needed a nice outfit for graduation dinner and we needed it fast.  I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked into J Davids.  Trevor was particularly nervous about having to wear anything other than shorts and a t-shirt at all so we were both a little on edge.  

The staff at J Davids immediately put us at ease. They listened to what we needed and what his comfort concerns were.  I was concerned about the cost but wanted something classic that he could take to college.  They visually sized him up and slipped on a hip sport coat. Trevor’s demeanor immediately changed and he was hooked!  We picked out a sport coat, slacks, and a dress shirt and within hours, they had been tailored and ready to wear. 

Over the years, J Davids has been our go-to for special occasions.  They have everything from nice suits to sport coats to shoes to jeans and even pajamas.  My husband particularly loves a brand of shirts there that are super comfy, doesn’t wrinkle, and doesn’t show sweat stains.  I know Santa Clarita is very lucky to have J Davids Custom Clothiers here in town.  I honestly can’t even think of a store in LA that would be equivalent to J David’s and worth the drive.  Now, we just need a J David’s for women!
