Newhall is an older part of Santa Clarita that is seeing a lot of new growth. Old Town Newhall on Main is a wonderful place to shop and dine. Homes range from smaller condos to multi-million dollar estates. Happy Valley, Placerita Canyon, and Peachland Estates are the nicer areas and offer large lots, many of them equestrian lots.

Located in the north end of Santa Clarita, Saugus is primarily a residential community with great schools, fewer HOA’s, great parks. It’s a little farther to the freeway than Valencia and Stevenson Ranch neighborhoods but you tend to get more for your money in Saugus. The average home in Saugus was built in the 1980’s with many of the homes being accompanied by large lots, mature oak trees, and gorgeous valley views.
